Scottye Harrell, 72, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, March 8, 2019. He was born November 1, 1946 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the son of Herman and Katie Harrell. Scottye was a member of First Baptist Church in Little Rock. He was a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School and retired from Windsor Door.
Scottye is survived by his wife of 34 years, Patricia Doyle and several extended family members.
