Scarlett is the daughter of Juanita Anne McMahan and Kenneth Brian Laughter
She is survived by her older brother: Liam Alexander Laughter, her Grandmother: Wanda Lee Mcmahan and a host of loving family.
Scarlett provided us with a lifetime of love during her short time on earth.
