Sandra Jean Jones, 66, of Bauxite, Arkansas peacefully passed from this life surrounded by her family on August 23, 2018. She was born September 24, 1951 in Campbellsville, Kentucky to the late Ewell Jackson and Doris Elizabeth (Davis) Hendrix. She was a licensed psychiatric nurse. Sandra loved spending time with her family-especially with her grandchildren. She had a heart for the elderly and worked at Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation serving the patients with tender loving care. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Sterling Jones of Bauxite, Arkansas; daughter - Elizabeth Kirk of Texarkana, Texas; Grandchildren: Bryce Johnson-Smith , Jacklynn Smith , and Kennadie Smith also of Texarkana, Texas; and a host of family and friends who love Sandra and will miss her always. Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00, Thursday, August 30, at Midtowne Church, 4017 Boone Road in Benton, Arkansas. Services entrusted to Smith-Benton Funeral Home.
