Sandra Cook

Sandra Raye Cook, 49, of Little Rock, passed away in Little Rock on Monday, June 18, 2007. She was a dental assistant for Dr. J. R. Owens, Jr., D.D.S. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Gary Cook; three daughters: Bailey, Audrey and Emily Cook; uncle, Wert Akin (JoAnn); sister, Caprice Barnes Moudry (John); step-brothers: Randy Barnes, Mike Barnes and Keith Ford (Rhonda); parents, Charles Garner (Ruth) and Sandra Akin Barnes (Odell); grandmother, Effie Huey (Robert) and mother-in-law, Sybil Grady (Sonny). She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Garner and grandmother, Roberta Akin.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. The funeral service will be Friday, June 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Ben Jones. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Hot Springs.
