Samuel Zakrzewski
Our little angel, Samuel Joseph Zakrzewski, 4, of North Little Rock lost his year long battle with cancer on Saturday, June 12, 2010. He was born May 16, 2006 to Daniel and Kathy Zakrzewski.
He is also survived by his sister and brother, Katie and Nick; grandparents, Sylvester and Marie Zakrzewski, of North Little Rock, Tom and Linda Walker, of Beebe and Linda and Curtis Horn, of Mayflower; godmother and aunt, Sarah Walker; godfather and uncle, Andy Zakrzewski; uncles and aunts, Frances and Mike Wise, Tommy and Terri Zakrzewski; and numerous cousins and extended family.
He will be missed dearly, and the family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Arkansas Children's Hospital and Arkansas Hospice who took such great care of Samuel.
