Samuel Stephen Breeding, II

Samuel Stephen Breeding, II of Hot Springs passed away on August 28, 2023. Sam was born December 3, 1974, to Samuel Stephen Breeding, I and Correne Bennett Breeding.

Survivors include his wife, Jenni Breeding; Sam’s two children, Samuel Stephen Breeding, III (Trey) and Sadie Breeding; Jenni’s two children, Cory Wilson and Cameron Rhodes; his sister, Cheri Breeding Miller (and spouse Terry); his mother, Correne Bennett Breeding; four grandchildren, Gavyn and Casyn Wilson, Axel and Abel Rhodes; and two nephews, Jordan Muir and Parker Reinhart.

Everyone who knew Sam knew he loved everything outdoors. Whether it was hunting, fishing, or umpiring baseball, he had a true passion for the outdoors. Sam had a heart for people and service. At home, he spent years coaching his children’s sports, teaching them to hunt, fish, ride and everything he knew. At work, he was known for going the extra mile for customers to ensure their needs were met, even if it meant working late or coming in early.

Sam would want to be remembered as the man who was always there for others, and as one who put everyone else before himself. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Smith Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, AR.
