Sammie Lee Swope, 66, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, November 26, 2018. He was born June 27, 1952 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Lee and Betty Swope.
Sammie was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his mother, Laura Swope; sisters, Gloria Bell, Shirley Yagnik and Ann Pennington; brothers, Roger and Matt Swope; and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

After working for 27 years, he retired from Camp Robinson. He was a member of Morrison Chapel Baptist church in North Little Rock. He loved fishing, gardening and spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 3, 2018 with a visitation prior to service at 10:00 a.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
