Ruel Browning

Ruel Wayne Browning, 93, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, American Legion and a 32 degree Mason. He was also a member of 47th Street Baptist Church and an avid Razorback Fan.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Charlene Pearson Browning; daughter, Pamela Fleming (Jerry); three grandchildren, Alicia Chandler (Wesley), Jeremy Fleming (Charla) and Charity Blackburn (Dale); four great-grandchildren, Brant Chandler, Hayes Fleming, Blayne Fleming and Trey Cobb; siblings, William R. Browning, Donna Plaugher, Ruby Nell Pallmer and Kay Bush; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, A.M. and Blanche Biggs Browning; sister, Betty Sue Jones; and four infant siblings.
