Roy Carroll Brown Jr. age 43 passed away on January 18, 2012. Roy was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on January 1, 1969 to parents, Roy Brown, Sr. and Betty Lou (Martin) Brown.
JR graduated from Petit Jean Vo-tech's Welding and the Camden Police Academy, he later served as a member of the Conway County Sheriff's Department.
He is preceded in death by his mother, and one brother, Jeff Brown.
JR is survived by his wife; Sharon Brown of Morrilton, his children; Jessica, William and wife Summer, Briana and husband Heath, Brandi, Wayne, Nick and Zachary, his father; Roy Brown, Sr and wife Faye of Morrilton, sister; Alesha Mears and husband Jack of Morrilton, a sister-in-law; Denise Brown, brother-in-law; Rick Berry and wife Darla, 8 grandchildren; Alexsis, Joel, Blade, Landon, Madison, William, Tristan and Kinlie and his nieces and nephews; Bethany, Emily, Maggie, Alyson, Jace, Trey and Lucy as well as numerous other family members and friends all who loved him greatly and will always cherish his memory.
Funeral services will be held at the Lonoke Missionary Baptist Church in Morrilton on Saturday at 10 o'clock A.M. officiated by Bro. Craig Duncan. Burial to follow at the Lone Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be William Berry, Jack Mears, Kyle Kellar, Wayne Berry, Nick Brown and Zachary Cody. Honorary Pallbearers: Heath Watts, Justin Perry, Nick Cody, Kevin Cleghorn, Cody McMicheals and Terry Don Trammell. Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Friday, January 19, 2012 also at the Lonoke Missionary Baptist Church.
