Roy Bishop

Roy Glenn Bishop, 79 of North Little Rock passed away on June 15, 2020. He was born on January 17, 1941 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Roy and Mary Bishop.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy Dollar Bishop; son, Kenny Bishop; and brother, John Bishop.

He is survived by three children, Robert (Norma) Bishop, Daniel Bishop, and Becky Bishop; five grandchildren, Kenny, Joey, Rainey, Arthur and Martin; sister, Margaret (Charles) Couch; sister-in-law, Barbara Bishop; and many other family, friends, and loved ones.

Roy retired from teaching at North Little Rock School District after 35 years.

Inurnment will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, El Dorado. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the AR chapter of the American Heart Association.
