Rosie Hicks

Rosie Mae Howell Hicks, 87, of Pangburn, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Searcy, Arkansas.  She left this world with 60 descendants.

She was born November 5, 1933, to Scott Emery Howell and Leona Wilson Howell.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Francis Beals and Mary White; two husbands, Frank Edward Jenkins and Rupert James Hicks; three children, Danny Wayne Jenkins, Tommy Gene Jenkins and Betty Sue Bush, and one grandson, Lester Bush, Jr.

She is survived by two sisters, Opal Howell and Clara Moore; five children, Charles Edward White, Linda Kay Hicks, Rosemary Crouch, Franklin James Jenkins and Jo Ann Holliman; 18 grandchildren, Denise Lapointe, Chris White, Howard Hicks, Paul Hicks, Ray Crouch, Randy Crouch, Tania Crouch, Jackson Crouch, Hope McGraw, Eric Jenkins, Brooke Pfaff, Tony Jenkins, Emmaline Jenkins, Frankey Jenkins, Ginger Holliman, Adam Holliman, Mandi Smith and Scott Holliman; 25 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.  Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Good Springs Cemetery in Pangburn.  Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com/westbrook for guest register.
