Rose Carolyn Hart

Rose Carolyn Hart, 94, went to be with her Lord and Savior, November 23, 2021.

She was born July 4, 1927, to the late Jesse and Rose Jones. Carolyn was a graduate of Little Rock High School in 1945, she went on to earn her Physical Education degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL in 1949. Carolyn started her PE career in Dallas, Tx where she met her husband, then had a long career as a mother and pastor’s wife. In 1977, she co-founded Little Rock Christian Academy with her husband, becoming the first administrator of the school. As a pastor’s wife she served along side him at The Bible Church of Little Rock and Suncoast Community Church in Largo, FL.

She is survived by her beloved children, Robin Zecca (Bob), Holly Smith (Bryan), and Brian Hart (Vicki); grandchildren, Amber Rodriguez (Eddie), Katie Smith, Caleb Hart, Shelby Hart; along with other close friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ralph “Bud” Hart, her parents, and one sister, Anna Quinn.
