Rose Ripper

Rose Elizabeth Ripper, 79 , of North Little Rock, was welcomed into the arms of her Creator March 6, 2014. Rose will forever be remembered as a loving mother and wife who cared more for her family than she did for herself. Tenderhearted and always hospitable, Rose's dearest moments were of her family and friends coming together in fellowship over a good home cooked meal.

Rose married William Ripper, in 1982 where they began sharing life, love, and memories. They experienced the fullest of marriage until William passed away in 2001.

Between Rose's career moves she was always found in a role that required her caring for others. She retired from nursing in 1997, where she extended the greatest of love and care towards others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Doris Allen, husband William Ripper, and siblings, Doris Johnson and Sonny Allen. Rose is survived by her daughters Donna Ripper, Debbie and Larry Nichols and Pam and Howard Burden; siblings Becky Mullens, Tom Allen, Pat Cathcart, and Charles Allen; grandchildren Jason Nichols, Kim Rice, Ben, Julie, and Jill Burden; numerous nieces and nephews, and 3 great grandchildren. Not to mention, the families' friends and neighbors that knew her as 'Grandma Rose'.

Longing for reunification, Rose is finally beside her sweetheart again. She is looking down with the fullest of heart, loving her daughters and remaining family. As Rose now rejoices in Heaven, she will forever be loved, remembered, and forever missed.
