Rose Buck
Rose Mary Puleo Buck, age 80, of Arkadelphia, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014 after a long illness. She was born September 8, 1933 in Pittsburgh, PA to Charles and Hazel Puleo.
Rose was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A very generous woman, she loved life, her family and animals. Before her illness, she loved to travel with her family on vacations. It was important to Rose to share birthdays, holidays, and fun vacations with family. She worked side by side with her husband in their businesses in California and Buck's Auto Glass in Arkadelphia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Owen Buck, one daughter, Linda Ann Buck Watson and three brothers, Carmen, Joseph and Gerald Puleo.
Survivors include one daughter Carolyn Marie Buck Green of Arkadelphia, three grandsons, James Watson and wife Kristi, Robert Watson and wife Liz, and Johnathan Watson, three great grandchildren, Katelyn, Ryan, and Seth Watson. Robert and Liz's baby, a fourth great grandchild is expected any day.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 13th, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Arkadelphia. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with rosary services beginning at 7 PM..
