Rosalind Fredeman

Rosalind Worthington Fredeman, born on March 8, 1921, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at home. She was a member of Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church for over 60 years and was a member for the next to longest length of time in the present congregation. She attended many church functions over the years and served as a Church Elder at one time.

Working for the Internal Revenue Service, Workmen's Compensation Commission, and Snell's, volunteering at schools, including serving as PTA president, and volunteering for Arkansas Road Runners, the Stew Pot, and election voting polls were some of her activities over the years. Also, she walked and won multiple 5Ks and loved being a stay at home mom.

Rosalind was preceded in death by her parents, Nan P. Worthington and C. B. Worthington, Sr., siblings, Lanette Vaughan, Helen Ann Larsen, and Brice Worthington, Jr., and her husband, Frank H. Fredeman. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Chris Fredeman and wife, Nancy, Lisa Frantz and husband, David, and Toni Pantie,r as well as six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A special thank you goes out to her dear friend, Barbara Porchia, who spent so much quality time with her as well as Roe Gill who consistently checked on her along with neighbor, Jo Knight. Thank you also goes out to all her friends who have been so helpful these past years. The family is certain that Rosalind is making and delivering her famous bourbon balls in Heaven and giving long hugs to all.

The graveside service will be held Monday, November 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. In lieu of flowers, she requested contributions be made to Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church, 4401 Woodlawn Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205.
