Ronnie E. Moore

Ronald Edward Moore, passed away unexpectedly on July 29th, 2023 at Baptist Hospital.  He was 76 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Ronnie was born on July 5, 1947.

Ronnie is survived and missed by his loving wife  Jo of 33 years; his daughter Chris (Doug) Rhodes;  his stepsons, Chris (Melissa) Kirkpatrick, Michael (Sandie) Kirkpatrick  and Kenny (Cheyenne) Kirkpatrick; his sisters Janice (Charlie) Davis and Susan; his brother David Moore; his grandchildren John, Jessica, Kyle, Casey, Kayla, John, Jason, Jeremy, Henry, and William; his great grandchildren Jonathan, Cole Ray, Gage, Gabriel, Olivia, Addison, Ben, Daniel, Sophia and Maverick; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Jay Edward Moore, his mother Billie Jean Moore, his sister Barbara (Jimmy) Nowlin, his son Ronnie (Kim) Moore, Jr., and his stepdaughter Bridget Kirkpatrick.

Ronnie was an avid hunter and fisher, and he had many hobbies throughout his life from stock car racing to CB radio to woodworking to building and flying model airplanes.

Ronnie worked with his hands his entire life. Although, he spent the majority of his working life as a Master Electrician at Arnold and Blevins Electric Co., he could fix almost anything, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend or neighbor in need.

A viewing for Ronnie will be held at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home on Friday, August 4th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with services to honor and remember Ronnie's life beginning Saturday at 10 a.m. at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home and processional to Pinecrest Cemetery and Graveside Service at 11 a.m.

Pallbearers will include Mark Oholendt, Shane Wheeler, Mickey White, Mike McCall, Dannie Langly, and James Nowlin.
