Retired Staff Sergeant, U. S. Army, Ronald Turner, 78, of Little Rock, a career Army man, having served in World War II, The Korean Conflict and Vietnam, departed this life on September 20, 2006. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two sons, Scott (Autumn), of Benton and Noel (Terry), of Booneville; one daughter, Dawn Dinsmore (Glenn), of Bryant; three grandchildren, Michelle and Sean Dinsmore, and Austin Turner and his mother, Nancy Turner; three step-grandchildren, Chelsea Bishop, Aaron and Andrew Madar; and other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Ronald's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. In lieu of food and flowers, donations to Ouachita Council Boy Scout Troop 17, Bryant United Methodist Church, 508 North Reynolds Road, Bryant, AR 72022, or Hospice Home Care, 2200 So. Bowman Road, Little Rock, AR 72211 would be appreciated.
