Ronald Dean Shirley, 57, of North Little Rock, a U.S. Navy veteran, passed away August 18, 2015. Born in Wichita Falls, Texas, he is survived by his mother, Barbara Pierce of Breckenridge, Texas; father, Carl Dean Shirley; sisters, Teresa Boyd of Ft. Worth, Texas and Carol Quiroz of Breckenridge; brother, Bradley Shirley of Springtown, Texas; and a daughter, Wendy Foil of Lueders, Texas.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Monday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ft. Smith National Cemetery in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
