Ronald Lynn Foster

Ronald Lynn Foster, or “Ron L.,” as some friends would call him, age 66, of Bethesda, Arkansas, passed away on September 6th, 2022. He was born on September 8th, 1955 in Burbank, California in Los Angeles County to the late Jesse and Ardith Foster.

Ronald enjoyed so many things and loved life. He enjoyed being with family and friends, making people laugh, carpentry work, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, singing, spending time by the river, collecting guns and crossbows, watching wrestling, grilling food and going to church, among many other things.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Ardith Foster; one sister, Robin Janette Wallace and two brothers, Robert William “Willy” Foster and Charles “Scott” Foster.

Ronald is survived by his four children, Shana McIntosh, Scott McIntosh (Spouse), Brittany Pendergrass, Mindy Pendergrass (Spouse), Tyler Foster-Mosley, Mitchell Mosley (Spouse) and Roshae Roberts; five grandchildren, Jet Tucker, Reese, Evann and Sami McIntosh and Aiden Telford; one brother, Leonard Wayne Foster; several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

The family would like to thank White River Medical Center, Baptist Health Medical Center, UAMS, Woodland Hills Health and Rehab, Cabot Health and Rehab and Smith Sherwood Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Ronald on Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Bethesda Community Center, 65 Lawrence Road, Batesville, AR 72501.
