Roger Payne, age 63, of McRae, Arkansas died May 20, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Janell Payne and two brothers, Randy and Richard Payne. A private memorial service will be announced later at the family's home. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
