Roger Dale Harvey

Roger Dale Harvey, age 69, of Royal, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022.

He was born on August 5, 1953, in Hot Springs, the son of Bill Harvey and Delora Murders Harvey.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Delton Harvey; and one sister, Helen Long.

Roger was a Christian and a member of Royal Baptist Church.  He was a huge Razorback fan and loved calling the Hogs.  His love for his family was beyond measure and he cared for, worried about, and provided more for them above himself.  He had a talent of being able to build anything, his ability to vision something and make it was amazing.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debra Harvey; his son, Leslie Harvey; his stepson, Terry Cross; adopted grandchildren, Jacob Cross Harvey and Hollyn Petty Harvey; his brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Nancy Harvey; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral services 2:00PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022, with Bro. George Lynch in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.

Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM, Friday evening.
