Roe Poellot, 72, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012. He retired from Siemens after 40 years, where he worked as an Electrical Engineer. He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, former member of the Lakewood Optimist Club and a baseball coach for LPOA.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sonja Poellot, of North Little Rock; sons, Danny Poellot, of Richardson, Texas, Brian Poellot (Terri), of Dothan, Alabama, Vince Poellot (Cheri), of Springdale and Clay Poellot, of Rogers; daughter, Debbie Kirby (Kendall), of Cabot; four grandchildren, Shelby, Maddie, Connor and Elli; brother, Tab Poellot; three sisters, Evelyn Inghram, Linda Adams (Ken) and Bobbie Miller (Lew), all of Washington, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Roe Poellot, Sr.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Parkinson's Disease Association, P.O. Box 22445, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71903 or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday followed by a Rosary service at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170.
