Rodney Keith McElhaney, 67, of Beebe, passed away on February 4, 2012. He was a top salesman for several years with the company founded by his father, McElhaney Scale, later known as System Scale. Rodney was an avid Razorback fan, and his thirteen grandchildren all held a special place in his heart. Rodney was preceded in death by his father, O.K. McElhaney, and one granddaughter, Kristen Johnson. He is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Sue McElhaney; six children: Jennifer Johnson, Marcy McElhaney, Matt McElhaney, Jason (Bridget) McElhaney, Mandy (Will) Anderson, and Mike McElhaney; twelve grandchildren: Stacey Johnson, Ashley McElhaney, Jaden McElhaney, Kai Janos, Ben and Abby McElhaney, Ariel McElhaney, Austin and Kardyn McElhaney, and Kaleigh, Emma, and Hanna Anderson; his mother, Alma Floyd; two sisters, Sherry (F.A.) Crockett and Margie (Bob) Martin; special family members, Dick and Mary Beth Rauchenberger; and best friend, Herman Wilson.
