Rodney Baggett

Rodney F. Baggett, 62, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Monday, January 19, 2015. He was a very proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who always thanked every veteran he saw for their service, and was a retired metal building contractor. He was a Christian and attended the Baptist Church. Rodney was very family oriented and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by daughters Millie Kahla, Peggy Menard, Shona Cleveland, Candace Dempsey and Shelly Bradford; sons Rodney, Jr. and Jared Baggett; seventeen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Danny and Johnny Baggett; and sisters Wanda Linscomb, Bobby Willis and Brenda Craft.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mildred Baggett.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 23, 2015, at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home.
