Robert "Bob" West Niell, 84, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, December 12, 2016. Bob was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, November 11, 1932 to James Arthur Niell Jr and Mary Green Niell and worked at State Farm Insurance for 35 years. Bob was preceded by his wife, Janette Young Niell and is survived by his loving daughter, Linda Gay of North Little Rock and her husband Russell; grandson, Chris and sister, Kay DuVal and her husband John of Fayetteville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210 or charity of choice.
A funeral service will be held at the Pavilion at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 21st, 2016.
