Robert Mills Jr., age 58, of Sparkman, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 in Arkadelphia. He was born September 10, 1958 in El Campo, Texas to the late Robert and Edna Bearrick Mills Sr. Robert owned and operated a wrecker service and truck line company in Wharton, Texas. He was a martial arts instructor.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, George Barnes Jr. and Roger Dale Mills.
Survivors are four sons, Shannon Dale Flow, Christopher Eugene Mills, Robert Samuel Mills and Timothy Issac Mills; one daughter, Jennifer Nicole Mills; one brother, Delbert Andrew Mills; four sisters, Elizabeth Ann Barnes, Froney Mae Grace (Woody), Josie Lucille Crider (Jerry) and Sandra Ann Garza (Oscar); one granddaughter, Ava Elizabeth Mills; significant other, Nell Jurls; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, December 2nd at Sparkman First Baptist Church with Bro. James Guthrie officiating. Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, 1:00 pm until service time at the church. Arrangements are by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
