Robert Johnson
Robert (James) Johnson, age 67 of Saline County, passed away March 16, 2016 at UAMS. He was born on March 18, 1948 in Little Rock; he was the son of Mary Evelyn Sarlo and James C Johnson.
Robert was a retired truck driver/food industry for 30 years. He was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church/Healing Waters, UM Men, and enjoyed spending time with daughter and granddaughter, and serving the community.
He is preceded in death by his wife, mom, dad, grandparents, and father-in-law.
Survivors include daughter, Meagan Wilson; granddaughter, Mia Anne-Kaitlyn Wilson; mother-in-law, Mary Watters; brother and sister-in-law, Curtis and Misty Watters; half-brother Claude Brown; half-sister Carol Ann Coleman; nieces, Jessica and Victoria Jones, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be Friday, March 18, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8pm at Huson Funeral Home, 6400 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, AR 72209.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Sardis United Methodist Church, 10715 West Sardis Road, in Bauxite, AR.
Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Alexander, AR.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Healing Waters, 10300 Shannon Hills Dr, Mabelvale, AR 72103; and Arkansas Heart Association, 909 W 2nd St, Little Rock, AR 72201.
