Robert Jackson

Robert Wayne Jackson Sr. went to be with his Savior on Saturday September 3rd, 2011. Robert, known by most as Bob was born November 16, 1933, in DeWitt, Arkansas. Bob was a dedicated great grandfather, grandfather, father and husband. Bob retired from the US Post Office and was a veteran of the US Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents James N. Jackson and Dorothy L. Jackson of Little Rock, and his wife Jean Jackson of Mabelvale.
Survivors include, his son Robert W. Jackson Jr. (Brenda), his daughter Shawn L. Jackson, step daughter's Lisa Lueck, and Lori Freeman Jordan, step son Joe Freeman, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Bob was a caring, giving and humorous friend and family man that will be missed dearly.
Visitation will be Monday September 5th, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Huson Funeral Home of Little Rock. Funeral service will be Tuesday 10:00 AM September 6th also at Huson Funeral Home of Little Rock.
