Robert Haynes

Robert D. Haynes, Sr., 94, of East End, Arkansas, received his Heavenly Promotion on March 27, 2019. He was born in Saline County to the late William and Annie Lou (Hale) Haynes.  Robert was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church, a member of Iron Springs Masonic Lodge #342, and retired from Reynolds Metals.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Haynes; seven siblings, Lilburn Haynes, Edd Haynes, Mildred Donham, Claud Haynes, Jean Reynolds, Ophelia Wilkerson, and  Erma True Wright;  and daughters, Lesa Marie Haynes and Cindy Lou Kenagy.  Robert is survived by his children, Pam (Jim) Stitt, Kelly (Richard) Brown, Rob Haynes, Jr.; son-in-law, David Kenagy; grand-children, Rachel (Tim) McPhate, Jesse Dalton Brown, Todd (Denice) Stitt; great-grandchildren, Taylor Stitt and Drew Stitt; his sister Peggy Harris and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday, March 29, 2019 at East Union Missionary Baptist Church, 20422 N. Springlake Road, Hensley, AR. Funeral service will be 10 AM Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the church with burial to follow at Salem Cemetery.
