Gallagher, Robert Emmet
July 12, 1921 - February 5, 2011
There were many sides to Robert E. Gallagher ("Bud"). If you looked closely you would find a caring and generous soul. He was a blue collar worker, a builder, a poet (Mr. Whisper), a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Son. A proud WWII veteran, he strived to make a better life for his family and friends. Always extending a hand to strangers he hoped to make a difference and will be remembered for his good deeds.

Bud is survived by his brothers, Pat and Jack Gallagher, sister Marge McCrary, daughters Charlotte Fortier and Jan Gallagher, and grandson Max Ralph. Robert will be interred in the Tahoma National Cemetery, Covington, WA.

In Bud's honor, donations can be made to the Heber Springs Humane Society, 49 Shelter Lane, Heber Springs, AR 72543, (501)362-7322.
Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
