Robert English
Robert Allan English, age 73, of Palatine, Illinois, passed away September 2, 1942. He was born November 25, 1942 to the late Harold and Dorothy English. He was a proud member of Chicago Pipefitters Local 597 for over fifty years and a lifelong resident of Palatine. Robert served in the Army Reserve.
Survivors are his wife, Shirley Ray Wells English; one daughter, Diana Ray Wells English; three brothers, David Arthur (Elaine) English, James Henry (Kathy) English and Christopher Lee (Susan) English; son-in-law of Barney Ray Wells and Midred Elois McDaniel Wells. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 10th at South Fork Baptist Church near Gurdon with Ollie Trout officiating. Interment with military honors will be in South Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 pm Saturday until service time at the church.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
