Robert Doss

Robert E. Doss, age 77 of Delight, died Saturday January 27,2007 in Howard County Memorial Hospital in Nashville. He was born December 28, 1929 in Gurdon the son of the late S. B. and Flora Webb Doss. He spent most of his life in Pike County where he worked in the timber industry and farming. He was a member of the Central Christian Church of Delight. He was preceeded in death by his parents and one sister Ruth Evans.

Survivors include two sisters, Loreda Denton of Murfreesboro and Geneva Walker of Delight, one niece and 5 nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2007 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Bro. Freeman Henderson and Bro.Mike Rathbone officiating. Burial will be in the Delight Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
