River Dale Sheridan

River Dale Sheridan, 26, of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord October 4, 2022. River was born November 20, 1995 to Robert “Rob” Sheridan and the late Cherie (Brown) Sheridan.

River was a child of God and always wanted to help other people. He enjoyed video games and being outdoors, especially fishing. River loved music and had just bought himself a new guitar so he could learn to play. He loved and talked to animals. River had a contagious laugh and always found a reason to make other people laugh around him. He loved to laugh and could always make anyone smile and laugh when they were having a rough day. River was big hearted and would do anything to help people in need.

River is preceded in death by his mother, Cherie (Brown) Sheridan; and grandmother, Pat Brown.

River is survived by his father, Rob Sheridan; sisters, Rebecca Collins and husband, Tylor and Erin Oswald; brother, Drew Sheridan; grandmother, Ruth Hunter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends that will all miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 19 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St, Benton, AR, 72015.
