Rita Gardner
Rita Bryant Gardner, 64, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010. She was retired from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and was a former Girl Scout leader.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Gardner, of North Little Rock; daughter, Kathy Renee Gardner, of Hot Springs; son, Richard Alan Gardner, of North Little Rock; and sister, Kathy Bryant Piper and husband, Milton, of Sherwood.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, 320 Executive Court, Ste. 104, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Friday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
