Rickey G. Seely age 58 of Texarkana, TX died Thursday, June 12, 2008 at his home. He was born September 8, 1949 the son of Troy and Dixie Barnes Seely. He was the owner of Northcutt Radiator Repair in Texarkana and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. .Mr. Seely was a U. S. Army veteran having served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. He received the Purple Heart and several other metals for his service there.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Patricia A. Seely, 3 children, Michelle Seely Smith and husband Jason of Baltimore, MD., Rickey G. Seely Jr. of Texarkana, TX, and Chad Seely and wife Tracie also of Texarkana, TX., 12 grandchildren, Amber Smith, Klancy Johnson, Haleigh Smith, Hannah Seely, Kaylee Seely, MiKayla Smith, Trevor Seely, Payton Seely, Cole Seely, Lucas Seely, Mason Seely and Landon Seely, His mother, Dixie Gipson of Fresno, CA, mother-in-law and father-in-law Lola and Ray Lanier of Texarkana, TX and one brother Roger Seely also of Texarkana, Tx.

Graveside funeral services with Military Honors will be 2 P.M. Monday, June 16, 2008 in the Richwoods Cemetery near Arkadelphia with his father-in-law Ray Lanier officiating. Visitation will be form 12 noon till service time at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, AR. The family will be at 6102 Pleasant Lane, Texarkana, TX.
