Richard Murry Thomas, 84, of Little Rock, passed away June 13, 2018. He was a U.S. Army and U.S. Navy veteran, and retired from the VA Hospital. Richard loved singing Gospel music and was a member of the Gospelaires Quartet.
Preceded in death by his parents, William and Gladys Blevins Thomas, three brothers and five sisters, he is survived by his children, Vance Thomas of Little Rock, Rick Thomas (Molly) of Grafton, North Dakota, Kimberly Thomas, Vickie Elmendorf (Michael) and Carolyn Sue Wilson, all of Benton; brother, Robert Thomas, also of Benton; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 19 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Burial will be private.
