Richard R. Rodgers, 63, of Benton, Arkansas passed away July 7, 2016. He was born June 27, 1953 in Lawrence, Kansas to the late Henry Millard Rodgers and Vivian Ruth Breashers. Richard served in the United States Navy. He also worked in the construction industry. He is survived by two brothers, Jeff Ramsey of San Antonio, Texas and Jody Ramsey of Benton, Arkansas.
