Richard R Lassiter

Richard Raidean Lassiter, 78, passed away at his home in Conway, Arkansas, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, after a short battle with Leukemia. Richard was born June 11, 1941 in a log cabin near Trumann, Arkansas. He married Theresa B. Smith on November 28, 1964 in Bono, Arkansas. He was an active member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Conway.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Loid B. Lassiter and Bernice Lassiter Bailey, brother Jack Lassiter, and sister Hilda Manning. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Theresa; two children, Danna (Curtis) Crook of Conway
and Trey Chen of Chicago, Illinois; two grandchildren, his 'Big Boy' Joshua Crook and his 'Baby Doll' Mackenzie ' Crook of Conway; brother, Loid D. Lassiter of Arkansas; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At his request, no service will be held.
