John A. Brady, of Little Rock, was born on January 19, 1925 to the late Claude and Anna Brady. He passed away on June 17, 2008 at the age of 83. He was a member of Christ Church, Alexander, AR.

Mr. Brady is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty J. Brady, daughter, Judy DalSanto, granddaughter, Traci Ford and her husband Hank Ford of Roland, great-granddaughter, Reagan Ford, grandsons, Adam Earhart and Justice Ford, one sister, Wanda Funderburg and brother, Allen Brady.

He was preceded in death by his great grandson, Matthew Earhart, and five sisters, Lucy Shirley, Elsie Meeks, Bertha Ison, Rose Bradke, Alice Dycus and Bessie Ison.
Bro. Johnny, (as he was called by people that knew him), established and pastored Fellowship Tabernacle, Roland, AR for 30 years, and was the Bishop of the Full Gospel Christian Association, Sheridan, AR for 16 years. He was a kind, gentle and caring person, always giving of himself, he touched many lives. He loved his wife, daughter and grandchildren dearly and loved being around them and his many friends. He loved making people laugh. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Rainey Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
