Reuben Allan Kimball, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend and member of his community, passed away on December 12, 2024, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born on December 14, 1944, in Luling, Texas, to Reuben and Leona Kimball.

Allan is predeceased by his parents.

Allan followed a career in the financial industry serving in commercial lending and as a bank president. After his banking career, he and his wife operated 70 West Daylight donuts from 2001 to 2014. He attended California Baptist University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history & economics. He also earned a certification from LSU in Banking. Allan enjoyed sports of all kinds especially Arkansas Razorback Baseball and Golf. Allan’s character was defined by his warmth and sincerity.

Allan is survived by his wife, Karen Atha Kimball; their son, Scott (Bree) Kimball, five grandchildren, Everett, Elijah, Liam, Ezra, and Quentin; his brother-in-law Steve (Jeanne) Atha and their family, and sister-in-law Sherri Burkes.
