Rena Jones

Rena Lillian Jones, "Grandma Rena", age 90, of Austin died Tuesday March 10, 2015. She was born February 28, 1925 to Manley Edward and Sally Lucinda Clements. Rena was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother, Friend, and Christian. She never missed an opportunity to tell others about Christ. Rena enjoyed cooking and sharing that with others, especially her Angel Food Cake and Divinity Candy. Because of her big heart and endless love, she was "Grandma Rena" to anyone and everyone she met.

Rena is survived by two daughters; Patricia Johnson and husband Steve, Peggy Wine and husband Paul all of Austin; Grandchildren, Jimmy and Amanda Covington, Kim and Rickey Swint, Denise and Koby Smith, Terry and Dewayne Woerner, Deletha and Cragg Henry; sixteen Great Grandchildren; eleven Great Great grandchildren; Foster sons, Robert Bird and Earnest Brewer; Sister, Jean Womack; Sister in Law, Monteen Clements.

She is preceded in death by her husband of sixty one years, William Bryan Jones; One Grandson, Eric Paul Wine; Son in Law, James Covington; Parents; one sister, and three brothers.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015, at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Cabot. Arrangements by Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home.
