Remonia Chapman
Remonia Chapman, 68, of Cabot passed away Wednesday May 19, 2010. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sherwood. She loved cooking meals for family gatherings, loved flowers, hummingbirds and her family. Remonia was like a mother to her extended family.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Emmett Chapman, of Cabot; two sons, Greg Chapman and wife, Kim, of Arkadelphia and Gary Chapman and wife, Diane, of Cabot; four grandchildren, Meagan Chapman, Joshua Chapman, Hunter Chapman and Holland Chapman; four brothers, Robert German and wife, Helen, of Jacksonville, Marvin German, of South Carolina, Jimmy German and wife, Janice, of Conway and Roy German and wife, Paula, of Jacksonville; and two sisters, Catherine Dardenne and husband, William, of Pine Bluff and Mary Tillman and husband, Randy, of Mayflower.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Waydean German; and brother, Rodger German.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
