Reginald Eugene Bailey, Jr., 57, of Little Rock, passed away February 19, 2009.
He is survived by three sisters, Mary Lamb of Little Rock, Rebecca Wagner (Mark) of Mabelvale and Kathleen O'Connor (Patrick) of Little Rock; uncle, R. Robert Bailey (Elsie) of Little Rock; and aunt, Elizabeth Benton of Conway. He was preceded in death by his parents, R. Eugene and Dorothy Kruse Bailey.
His service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 23 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock, officiated by Robert Dunaway, followed by a private family burial in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR 72210 or to one's favorite charity.
