Regina Lukas Paulus, age 96, died March 24, 2007. She was born November 13, 1910 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Mrs. Paulus was employed by the Gus Blass Company and Dillard?s for 44 years, retiring as supervisor of sales audit at Dillard?s in 1973.
She was a member of St. Patrick?s Church for more than eighty years, St. Patrick?s Ladies Guild and a charter member of the North Little Rock Lady Elks.
Survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Russell Paulus of North Little Rock; brothers, Joseph Lukas and wife Madeline of St. Augustine, Florida, Valentine (Sonny) Lukas of Texarkana, Texas, Philip Lukas and wife Shirley of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; sisters-in-law, Agnes Lukas of North Little Rock, Edna Lukas of Jacksonville, Margret Ann Lukas of Shawnee, Kansas; brothers-in-law, Arthur Paulus of Bryant and John P. Paulus, Sr. and wife, Mary of Houston, Texas; special friend, Joan Clark, of Bryant, Arkansas and twenty-two nieces and nephews.
The oldest of eleven children, Regina was preceded in death by her parents, Valentine Lukas and Anna (Sepiela) Lukas; four brothers, Norbert Lukas, Raymond Lukas, Frank Lukas, Theodore Lukas; three sisters, Anna Woodie, Elizabeth Schmazile, and Dorothy Lukas; and her first husband of sixteen years, Joseph Barron.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. The Rosary Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday with visitation from 6:30-8:00 p.m., at North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1921 Main, 758-1170.
