Raymond Reynolds

Dr. Raymond R. "Ray" Reynolds, Jr., 91, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014. Born in Hoxie, Arkansas to Raymond R. and Vela Pittman Reynolds, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. In 1954, he graduated from Carver Chiropractic College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Douglass Reynolds; children, Roger Raymond Reynolds (Lisa) of Little Rock, Ramona Rae Reynolds (Alec Rook) of North Little Rock, Rick R. Reynolds (Diana) of Haskell and Robert Lusk (Kathy) of Little Rock; brother, Dr. Augustus Reynolds (Nancy) of Edgemont, Arkansas; grandchildren, Celeste Gladden, Lindsey Gerdes (Nicholas), Kate Lusk, Jimmy Lusk and Mattie Lusk; and great-grandchildren, Kaleb Gerdes and Jase Gladden. Preceding him in death were his parents; his first wife, Sue Marie Reynolds and his brother, Pittman B. Smith and sister, Ramona Reynolds.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 4 from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Monday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Jerry Collins, followed by interment with Military Honors at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
