Raul "Chico" Santos

Raul “Chico” Arcentales Santos, beloved father, brother, and friend to many, passed away Sunday, December 26 at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs after battling COVID.

Working at many restaurants over the past thirty years, Chico had perfected his skills as a chef.  He took great pride in cooking for friends and family at Italy in Town.

Chico is survived by his parents, Fausto Arcentales and Maria Santos of Ecuador; his “little princess” and daughter, Jessica Santos of Hot Springs; two sons:  Paul and Andres Arcentales of Ecuador; granddaughter, Sofia; brothers:  Jorge and Pedro of New York and Luis, Carlos, and Miguel of Ecuador; sisters:  Carmen of New York; and Piedad of Ecuador; and well as many other family members and friends.

Visitation held from 4:00 - 5:00 PM with funeral following at 5:00 PM, Wednesday, December 29, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas.
