Randy Payne
Randy Lee Payne, 63, of McRae, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on December 26, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Janell Payne of McRae; two sons, Steven Payne of McRae and Brad Payne of Waxahachie, Texas; five grandchildren; and one brother, Richard Payne of McRae.
He was preceded in death by his father, Truel Payne and Two brothers, Jackie and Roger Payne.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Lebanon Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
