Ramona Smiley

Ramona Ann Smiley, age 54, of Sherwood,left this world to go and be with the Lord on March 11th, 2010. She will suffer no more. She was born on February 1st,1957 to Mary Driver and Alton Gossum, their first beloved daughter. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 20 years Robert Gillis Smiley, her precious daughter Cynthia Lea Smiley, her parents Mary Driver and Alton Gossum, her step-mother Dorothy Gossum, her sister Lisa Hoggatt and a host of family that will miss her dearly.
She knew the Lord and was a faithful member of Park Hill Baptist Church. She fought the good fight of faith.
Dear loved one, some day soon we will meet with you, someday soon the trumpet shall sound and we shall rise with you. Until then the life you lived will be a beacon of light to your family that misses you dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock, burial will follow in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
