Ralph Williams, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born on March 22, 1947, to Marvin and Lucille Williams. Ralph was a man who embraced life with an outgoing spirit, joyfully engaging with those around him and sharing his love for God. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Phillip Williams.

Known for his passion for the outdoors, Ralph loved fishing and hunting deer, and spent many cherished moments camping with family. He was also an avid supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks, relishing the excitement of their games, which he enjoyed watching with friends and family.

For 58 wonderful years, he was the devoted husband of Vernell, who, by his side, cherished every moment of their life together. Ralph's love extended to his surviving children, Sue Ann Graves (Dwayne), Tiffany Vallance (Willy), and Tad Williams (Candy), who carry forth his legacy with pride and fond memories. He is also survived by one brother and two sisters, Jerry (Bo) Williams, Brenda Williams, Sarah (Vince) McCowan, and sister-in-law Betty Williams.

Ralph took immense joy in being a grandfather. He is adored by his grandchildren, Sawyer Williams (Jordyn), Taylor Tolleson (Cody), Jacob Graves (Carissa), Jordan Reynolds (CJ), Blaze Grifford, Haley Vallance, Hannah Floyd (Matthew), and Hunter Vallance. His heart also brimmed with love for his great-grandchildren including, Marlee Jane Graves, Bryson Reynolds, Olivia Williams, Hallie Floyd, Landry Tolleson, and Lakelee Reynolds, who brought immense joy and laughter into his life.

Ralph Williams will be remembered for his warmth, his deep love for family, and his unwavering faith. His spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him, and he leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished forever.

A visitation will be held on September 30, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Royal, located at 7402 Albert Pike Rd, Royal, AR 71968. The funeral service will follow from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. Ralph will be laid to rest during the interment at Peak Cemetery, located at 763 Powell Rd, Royal, AR 71968, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Pallbearers will be: Saywer Williams, Jacob Graves, Blaze Grifford, Hunter Vallance, Cody Tolleson, Matthew Floyd, and CJ Reynolds.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Dr. Timothy English, Dr. Timothy Talbert, Dr. Greg St. John and staff.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to First Baptist Church of Royal Food Pantry.
