Ralph Kenneth Taskey, 93, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2011. He was born September 13, 1918 in Seymour, Indiana to Omer and Goldie McKinney Taskey. He married Lois Bingham March 3, 1944. Ralph retired from the 3 M Company and was a member of the Ironton Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Taskey; daughters, Virginia Elmore and husband, Keith, Gloria Evatt and husband Ray, Joyce Carr and husband, Jerry, all of Little Rock; son, Bob Taskey and wife, Lela of Maumelle; a host of other grandchildren; great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Ray Taskey of Indiana, Harold Taskey of Indiana, Freddy Taskey of Indiana and Winifred Parker of Kentucky.
He is preceded in death by his son, Ralph Earl Taskey and grandson, Danny Earl Taskey.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Ironton Baptist Church, 14623 Ironton Cut-Off, Little Rock, Arkansas. Burial will be in Ironton Cemetery.
